MacNair's Country Acres Horseback Riding Camp

Campers do not need previous horse experience to participate in our summer horseback riding camp. Our summer camp focuses on teaching campers the basics of horse care including grooming, tacking, post-ride horse care, and beginning horseback riding skills.

Riding lessons at summer camp will include horseback riding in the ring and trail riding.

When campers aren’t riding, they can enjoy swimming in our on-site pool (with a certified lifeguard supervising), learning additional horsemanship skills, and working on a variety of crafts and games.

Both full-day and half-day camp options are available. We recommend that campers ages 6 and 7 participate in half-day camp.

Campers are sorted into riding groups based on riding ability.
