During the Center for European Studies Summer Camp, we bring the EU to YOU!
We invite rising 11th and 12th graders, who are interested in European politics and history and transatlantic relations to spend a week on UNC-Chapel Hill’s historic campus immersed in all things Europe. Through discussions with world-class UNC faculty and hands-on learning opportunities, students will engage with issues facing Europe, the EU, and the transatlantic relationship. This camp will give students a deeper understanding of the social, political, cultural, and economic events that shape contemporary Europe and prepare them for future opportunities in the world of diplomacy and international relations.
The Center for European Studies houses the UNC undergraduate major in Contemporary European Studies (EURO major) and the TransAtlantic Masters (TAM) program. Campers will learn about the benefits of these two programs as well as majoring in Political Science, History, Global Studies, European Languages, and much more!
