Looking for a fun family-oriented event that runs through downtown Wake Forest? The Frosty Run 10k & 5K presented by FS Series has you covered. Each year families come out to compete in the 10k and 5k holiday-themed runs.
As the only 10k that kicks off and wraps up right in the heart of downtown Wake Forest, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the year’s final event! Sign up today!
Both courses are pet and stroller friendly. Experience the festive spirit as you dash through charming downtown streets and explore nearby neighborhoods. Start and finish on East Owens Ave, next to Fidelity Bank Wake Forest
All registered participants receive a finisher medal after crossing the finish line.

It's more then just a run, it's a family friendly party with a purpose! A percentage of each registration goes to support Tri-Area Food Pantry. In 2023, this event was able to raise over $3,500 to support Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry mission to help families in need.
