Welcome the fall season at Latta University Historic Park by making a nature journal and walking around the park!
Celebrate Take a Child Outside Week while learning about and enjoying Raleigh’s newest public park in Oberlin Village. Drop in any time between 10 a.m. and noon to decorate a nature journal with your child and enjoy a mindful walk around the park, using provided guided prompts. Participants will receive a free nature journal to take home to use again. Feel free to bring picnic supplies to enjoy lunch in the park after the program!
