The African American Cultural Festival of Raleigh and Wake County (AACF) is back for its 15th edition! Join us on Labor Day weekend for a unique celebration of African American culture as expressed through art, music, food & community. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, welcoming all to explore the creative offerings of some of North Carolina's most talented local, regional and national artists.
In addition to juried art and merchandise vendors, our vibrant African Marketplace will feature handmade wares, artisanal foods and traditional crafts for sale. The Family Village also offers fun crafts that are perfect for young explorers. And no AACF is complete without our signature musical performances on the Main Stage. Visitors of all ages will enjoy an eclectic lineup of both local and national talent showcasing the best in R&B, jazz, hip hop, gospel and more!
Join us as we continue to celebrate African American culture here in Raleigh & Wake County! With a wide variety of art forms, delicious food, and live music, the 2024 AACF is sure to be an unforgettable experience. We look forward to seeing you in downtown Raleigh for the festival.
