Our summer birds have arrived! Join us as we explore the many and varied birds of North Carolina through interactive engagement with props and sounds, as well as a short, staff-led bird walk. This program is designed to engage early childhood audiences (ages 7 and below) as we learn about the birds found at Prairie Ridge, and in your own neighborhood!
Please wear closed-toed shoes that can get muddy, appropriate dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle. Trails are mulch, dirt, or grass and small hills are included — trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for our smallest visitors.
