Raleigh Parks Celebrates Pollinator Week

  • When: Wednesday, June 19, 2024 - All Day Event
  • Cost: Free Admission

Raleigh Parks and Natural Resources supports pollinators by preserving and managing existing habitats, connecting those habitats together, providing abundant flowering plants, limiting pesticide use, and engaging with our community.

This year, we have planted over five acres of wildflowers along our greenway trails and parks and a four-acre sunflower field at Dix Park. During Pollinator Week, visit one of the nature parks listed below to take home a free pollinator plant.
