Did you know that June 29th is International Mud Day? At Bright Horizons at Harrison Park we’re planning a morning full of mud and play! Playing in the mud has many benefits for development — from enhancing creativity and fine motor skills to helping children relax. It can even give the immune system a boost. Mark the occasion by connecting with nature getting messy with mud!
Be sure to dress for the mess. Know that clothing will get dirty and designate shoes for this purpose. Have these easily accessible for your child. Boots are suggested.
At Bright Horizons, our Discovery Driven Learning® approach makes early learning an adventure. Visit us to find out how we nurture your child’s natural curiosity, focus on what interests them most, encourage learning through play, and help them get ready for school success. Bright Horizons serves children from infancy onwards.
