Winter Critters of Prairie Ridge StoryTrail

  • When: Wednesday, February 7, 2024,  9:00 am -  4:00 pm
  • Location: 1671 Gold Star Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607
  • Cost: Free Admission

Join us for our next Story Trail (modeled after StoryWalks®) featuring a variety of wildlife that you might see while exploring Prairie Ridge in the winter! With a “guess who?” component designed to engage young visitors, this self-guided Story Trail will take you on a short walk around Prairie Ridge, with all written components provided in both English and Spanish.

This self-guided Story Trail begins on the Prairie Trail right inside our entrance gates and is intended to be completed at your own pace. We recommend close-toed shoes that can get muddy and appropriate dress for the weather. Trails are mulch, dirt, or grass, and small hills are included — trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for our smallest visitors.
