Each “Story-time in the Park” session will feature an art and/or sensory experience that connects with the story. These creative experiences will give children opportunities to process what we've read, interacting with the characters and symbols of the story in a hands on, age appropriate context, promoting both language and literacy development while engaging the senses and encouraging creative expression.
Designed for children ages 2 – 5 years, though open to children both younger and older as we will always honor children's use of materials in the way that works best for their developmental level.
