Family Basketball Ham Toss at John Brown Community Center

Lowes Foods of Apex presents the Family Basketball Ham Toss! Family members join teams to shoot foul shots with a chance to win a holiday ham. Teams consist of 2 members of the same family, 1 adult (age 18 or older) and 1 child (17 and under). Age divisions are based on the youngest member of the team. Maximum of 1 prize ham per family.
Start Times & Age Divisions
6:00 pm (6 & Under, 11-12)
7:00 pm (7-8, 13-14)
8:00 pm (9-10, 15-17)
Scoring
3 rounds, with 3 shots in each round
1 point if the ball does not hit anything
2 points for each ball hitting the rim, backboard or net
3 points for each basket made
Winning
The winning team will be the team with the highest number of points after the scores of both team members from all 3 rounds have been recorded. The winning team in each age division will receive a holiday ham (1 ham per family).
