Community Celebration of the Arts at Wake Forest Renaissance Center

Join us for the 2024 Community Celebration of the Arts, featuring Donna Washington (10AM)! Storyteller Donna Washington has been entertaining, educating, and inspiring audiences for over thirty years. She brings folklore, literary tales, and personal narratives to life.

Open and free to the public, this family-friendly event will include food, music, and a variety of arts activities for children of all ages.

Queen of Emp and Kona Ice will be on site giving away meals and treats for the first 100 people.

The Public Art Commission, Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources, and ARTS Wake Forest are partnering to host the 2024 Community Celebration of the Arts at Taylor Street Park and the Alston-Massenburg Center.
