Open to community members of all ages and abilities, the Jingle Bell Walk is an easy, 1.3 mile walk through Downtown Wake Forest. Children, parents, grandparents, and well-behaved dogs are invited to participate wearing their most colorful and fun holiday attire.
Following the walk, participants are invited to return to the Senior Center for intergenerational holiday activities, including ornament painting, cookie decorating, Crokinole demonstrations, line dancing, letter writing to Santa, and a visit with St. Nick himself.
While you’re in downtown Wake Forest on December 7, be sure to experience the unique array of shops and restaurants during the Downtown Holiday Open House from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Presented by Wake Forest Downtown, Inc. (WFD), the Downtown Holiday Open House will feature special offers and complimentary refreshments at participating shops and restaurants, along with fun-filled activities for kids and families.
