Hurricane's First Goal

Hurricane's First Goal

The Hurricanes' First Goal program is a joint initiative funded by the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players' Association in conjunction with the league-wide Learn to Play program. The initiative provides first-time participants ages 5-9 with hockey equipment and instructional, on-ice sessions.

Participants receive:
Full set of brand new, Hurricanes-branded CCM equipment
Six learn-to-play sessions
Two tickets to a future Hurricanes home game
Hurricanes Hockey Kids Club membership
First Goal completion certificate

In preparation for First Goal and the introduction to hockey skills, we strongly recommend completing a Learn to Skate program at any of the local rinks.
