Stage Door Dance Productions - The Academy

The Academy at Stage Door Dance Productions has been designed as a response to our community needs due to COVID-19. More children will be making the switch to remote learning for the 2020-2021 School Year and are in need of a safe, clean, learning environment that provides a space for independent learning, as well as safe social interaction.

Led by SDD Staff, with the guidance of certified educators, The Academy will provide an opportunity for students to complete their required remote learning, as well as participate in special workshops, projects, and dance classes.

The Academy is offered on a full time or half-day basis, and students are able to enroll weekly or monthly, in order to fit their remote learning requirements outlined by their school.

Half-Day (12:45-4:30pm) is available for K-12th Grade Students.

Full-Day (8:00am-4:30pm) is available for 2nd-12th grade students.

Perform, Learn, and Play is a pre-kindergarten experience for ages 3-5. This is a half-day program (9am-1pm) and will be held Monday, Wednesday, Friday at SDD: Lake Boone. With a maximum teacher: student ratio of 1:6, students will receive a well-rounded, educational experience with an emphasis on performing arts. If enough interest is generated, we will also consider a virtual option for lessons!
