Lil' Ninjas - Ages 5-8yrs
Lil' Ninjas class is for children 5-8 years of age wanting to get a taste of what it's like to train like an American Ninja Warrior. Our classes take a fun approach to fitness encompassing obstacle course training, balance, body awareness, games, strength, problem solving and flexibility. All of our Lil' Ninjas classes are 1 hour in length.
NinjaFit Kids - Ages 9-14yrs
NinjaFit Kids class is for children 9-14 years of age wanting to get a taste of what it's like to train like an American Ninja Warrior. Our classes take a fun approach to fitness encompassing obstacle course training, balance, body awareness, games, strength, problem solving and flexibility. This class will be more challenging than our Lil' Ninjas class. All of our NinjaFit Kids classes are 1 hour in length.
