Cary Arts Center

Cary Arts Center

The Cary Arts Center is the downtown hub of arts activity for Cary. Its historic legacy of education began in the 1870s when Town of Cary founder Allison Frances Page opened Cary Academy, which was officially charted with the state of North Carolina as Cary High School.
The Town of Cary presents regular art exhibitions in its facilities. The public is invited to view the works of accomplished area and regional artists on display during the facilities’ regular public hours. Opening receptions offer a chance to meet the artists and join others in the exciting unveiling of new works.
