At Alamo Drafthouse Raleigh, the show starts before the movie even begins! Our theaters open 30 minutes before the movie’s scheduled start time. This is not only for our guests to get a head start on ordering exceptionally crafted food, beer, cocktails, & milkshakes, but also so guests can enjoy Alamo Drafthouse Cinema’s unique “pre-show”. These pre-shows are 30 minutes of curated clips focused around the film our guests are about to watch. While Alamo Drafthouse servers love to get you started with food and drink during the pre-show, don’t worry, we take orders throughout the movie without the guest having to leave the comfort of their reclining- cushioned seat.
