Not Just Icing Mobile Cupcakery

Not Just Icing, Inc. is a mobile cupcakery committed to providing made-from-scratch, baked on the truck cupcakes and edible cookie dough throughout the Triangle area. Our cupcakes are made using all-natural ingredients. We use butter instead of oils and real fruit instead of fruit flavored extracts. You won't find any preservatives in our cupcakes, so they are best eaten the day they are purchased. Our cookie doughs are made using a ready to enjoy, heat treated flour which allows you to safely enjoy it raw and unbaked. We do not use eggs in our cookie dough, however mix-ins may contain eggs so please ask if you have allergies.
