  media coming to Raleigh, North Carolina. Zine Folk NC came about in order 
 to meet the needs of North Carolina’s growing zine maker and independent co
 mics community. We love what we do, and we want to expand our reach by educ
 ating the city of Raleigh on the collective power of independent voices, ph
 ysical media, and building true community. One of the best and easiest ways
  to foster this is by sharing the art of making and trading zines.\n\nOur e
 vent schedule is now live - check website! We have two floors of exhibitor 
 tables featuring NC-based zine makers and independent comic artists, a clas
 sroom with hands-on workshops throughout the day, snacks and drinks availab
 le courtesy of Artspace concessions, and a live zine-reading hour.\n\nSpace
  will be limited for our hands-on workshops (materials provided), so we ask
  that you please sign up ahead of time if you want to guarantee a spot. Lin

 k NC is absolutely free to attend! We do encourage visitors to bring money 
 to purchase from our exhibitors, as well as bring your own zines to trade.
