 ex Sunrise and Cary MacGregor Rotary Clubs have again partnered together in
  collaboration with the Town of Cary to host the 12th Annual Triangle Oktob
 erfest at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre. We have created the largest and most a
 uthentic German festival in NC to celebrate German culture in the Triangle 
 and to support charitable organizations here in our community and abroad.\n
 \nLive entertainment will again showcase the King Guys Oktoberfest Brass Ba
 nd with a great mix of traditional German songs and fun crowd favorites, th
 e largest and most exciting Wiener Dog Races in NC, a kid friendly (and par
 ent approved) Kinder Platz with inflatables and face painting, MassKrugstem
 men for a chance to qualify for Stein Hoist Championships on ESPN, Schlagen
 Hammer (Hammer-Striking) competitions, the always crowd pleasing Miss and M
 r. Oktoberfest contest, the AutoBahn to showcase German precision engineeri
 ng, and a German Meetup Spot hosted by the Sisters City Association of Cary
  and German American Chamber of Commerce with dignitaries from Wiesbaden in
  Germany.\n\nTRADITIONAL BEER, FOOD, AND FARE\nOver 50 beers including Hofb
 rau, Paulaner, Bitburger, Ayinger, Hacker Pschorr, and Spaten from Mὓnich, 
 along with a host of seasonal Oktoberfest beers and favorites from local cr
 aft breweries.\nTraditional Bavarian food from Wandering Wolf, Annelore’s G
 erman Bakery, healthy options with A Place at the Table, other local vendor
 s, and, of course, fire-grilled Brats from The Butcher’s Market!\n\nFamily 
 fun can be found at the Kinder Platz that includes inflatables, scavenger h
