 , the Apex Sunrise and Cary MacGregor Rotary Clubs have again partnered tog
 ether in collaboration with the Town of Cary to host the 12th Annual Triang
 le Oktoberfest at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre. We have created the largest an
 d most authentic German festival in NC to celebrate German culture in the T
 riangle and to support charitable organizations here in our community and a
 broad.<br /><br />Live entertainment will again showcase the King Guys Okto
 berfest Brass Band with a great mix of traditional German songs and fun cro
 wd favorites, the largest and most exciting Wiener Dog Races in NC, a kid f
 riendly (and parent approved) Kinder Platz with inflatables and face painti
 ng, MassKrugstemmen for a chance to qualify for Stein Hoist Championships o
 n ESPN, SchlagenHammer (Hammer-Striking) competitions, the always crowd ple
 asing Miss and Mr. Oktoberfest contest, the AutoBahn to showcase German pre
 cision engineering, and a German Meetup Spot hosted by the Sisters City Ass
 ociation of Cary and German American Chamber of Commerce with dignitaries f
 rom Wiesbaden in Germany.<br /><br />TRADITIONAL BEER, FOOD, AND FARE<br />
 Over 50 beers including Hofbrau, Paulaner, Bitburger, Ayinger, Hacker Pscho
 rr, and Spaten from Mὓnich, along with a host of seasonal Oktoberfest beers
  and favorites from local craft breweries.<br />Traditional Bavarian food f
 rom Wandering Wolf, Annelore’s German Bakery, healthy options with A Place 
 at the Table, other local vendors, and, of course, fire-grilled Brats from 
 The Butcher’s Market!<br /><br />Family fun can be found at the Kinder Plat
 z that includes inflatables, scavenger hunt, face painting, arts & crafts a
