 t Scramble) at Bond Park! It's not quite a lap race but you will get your s
 plit times for each lap of your distance! There's ONE COURSE but THREE RACE
 S for you to choose from to challenge yourself for how far you can go befor
 e the course closes. BUT you only have 1.5 hours to complete the distance o
 f your choice so challenge yourself but pick what you think you can accompl
 ish!\n\nCheck out website for Sunrise Scramble Course Maps for 5K, 10K and 
 15K.  \n\nEveryone is welcome to participate!  All participants will have c
 hip-timed results that will be posted online.  All Fit & Able Productions, 
 Inc. events are inclusion events: anyone of any age, skill-level, or abilit
 y can participate in any race! \n\nAll children pushed in strollers (ages 4
  & under ONLY!) or carried by a parent on race day must be registered (unde
 r their own name and age, and not a parent's) and numbered to be allowed on
  the course. \n
