 ill dive into the world of entomology to learn about and observe butterflie
 s in the gardens!\n\nSuggested for ages 8 to 10 years old.  Youth participa
 nts, accompanied by an adult, will use their detective skills to discover t
 he differences between butterflies and moths, learn how to identify some co
 mmon butterflies, then head out into the garden to observe butterflies in t
 heir natural habitat.\n\nYou'll also get an introduction to ecoEXPLORE, an 
 incentive-based community science program developed by The North Carolina A
 rboretum. By making real-world observations and completing fun challenges, 
 youth participants can earn badges and prizes throughout the year.
