 for outdoor events, and this event is free. All kids and families are welco
 me.\n\nConnecting kids with nature through fun, interactive, and hands-on a
 ctivities\nAttended by hundreds of area children and parents the past four 
 years, Kids in Nature Day 2026 is back again by popular demand.  We will ha
 ve a variety of live animal exhibits, including the very popular birds-of-p
 rey, reptiles, amphibians, cool “bugs,” aquatic life, and more, as well as 
 over twenty different interactive and fun nature-oriented activity stations
 .\n\nOur whimsical musician will be onsite again for interactive musical fu
 n, and Ranger Rick will be all around the event greeting the kids and posin
 g for photos.  There will be ice cream and other treats available onsite.\n
 \nWalk down the paths along the field, through the woods, and down by the l
 ake to discover the many different activities with plenty of space to not f
 eel crowded.  Earn cool prizes by getting your activity cards stamped. And 
 have fun!
