  will dive into the fascinating world of herpetology!
X-EXTRAINFO:Youth, accompanied by an adult, will learn about reptiles and amphibians (c
 ollectively referred to as "herptiles"), including how to tell the differen
 ce between them and discover their habitats. The fun doesn't stop there—eac
 h youth will have the chance to create their very own toad abode to take ho
 me!\n\nYou'll also get an introduction to ecoEXPLORE, an incentive-based co
 mmunity science program developed by The North Carolina Arboretum. Each fie
 ld season, youth can earn badges and prizes by making real-world observatio
 ns and completing challenges.\n\nThere is no need to have an ecoEXPLORE acc
 ount prior to this program in order to participate. Program begins at the E
 ducation Yurt. Come dressed for the weather as this program will be held pa
 rtly outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, activities will be moved
