 ce! In this special Mom & Me Class, you and your teen will work side-by-sid
 e to build a beautiful, handcrafted cutting board—a functional piece you’ll
  be proud to use or gift.<br /><br />This hands-on, beginner-friendly class
  is designed for ages 14 and up, and includes expert guidance every step of
  the way.<br /><br />What You’ll Do Together:<br />Glue up your cutting boa
 rd using Rockler’s deluxe panel clamps and glue tools<br />Flatten the boar
 d using a drum sander<br />Cut a handle on a bandsaw or jigsaw<br />Sand th
 e edges, corners, and surfaces using a combination of spindle/belt sanders,
  sanding blocks, contour grips, and random orbit sanders<br />Apply a food-
 safe finish, buff it off, and take your board home!<br />Each cutting board
  will be made using top-quality hardwoods including cherry, maple, and purp
 leheart, making every project both stunning and durable.<br /><br />Finishe
