 d Prevention<br /><br />Our mission for the Break the Silence 5k is to erad
 icate the stigma surrounding mental health. Through our annual event, we ra
 ise funds for local organizations dedicated to mental health awareness and 
 crisis intervention. Join us in breaking the silence, fostering open conver
 sations, and building a supportive community where everyone's voice is hear
 d. Together, we aim for a world where mental health takes precedence, ensur
 ing that no one faces their challenges alone.<br /><br />A major highlight 
 of the event is its charitable impact. Seventy-five percent of the proceeds
  from the Break the Silence 5K Fun Run will be donated to the Foundation of
  Hope, a local initiative dedicated to enhancing mental health support in t
 he Triangle community. The remaining 25% of the proceeds will be contribute
 d to the Sigma Pi national organization’s Bonds of Brotherhood initiative, 
 which promotes mental health awareness within the fraternity community.<br 
 /><br />Registration includes T-shirt, Race bib, and Wristband.<br /><br />
