 >This year's event features:<br />Parade of Wheels, a beloved tradition fro
 m our Olde Fashioned Fourth of July event, will be moved to Fireworks Frenz
 y to kick off the festivities. Parade riders will start on Hunter Street an
 d roll down toward Mason Street to reach the Apex Fire Department's Splashd
 own along Mason Street.<br />Expanded drone light show that's unique to Ape
 x<br />Food Trucks<br />Kids Zone with inflatables and games<br />Fireworks
  display<br /><br />Schedule of Events<br />4:00 pm: Parade of Wheels parti
 cipants should begin lining bikes up along Hunter Street. Kids are invited 
 to decorate bikes, wagons, tricycles, or other non-motorized vehicles in re
 d, white, and blue.<br />4:30 pm: The Apex Fire Department will host their 
 Splashdown immediately follow the Parade! Bring a towel to dry off after.<b
 r />5:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Food trucks and fun<br />9:00 pm (tentatively, based
  on weather conditions): Drone light show begins<br />9:20 pm: Break in pro
 gramming to allow attendees with sensory sensitivities to exit the event or
  visit our sensory-friendly space at the Apex Senior Center<br />9:30 pm (t
 entatively, based on weather conditions): Fireworks show begins

 (outside of the fireworks safety perimeter), at the Hunter Street Park socc
