Happy Birthday America Party at Marbles

Join us for a free, family-friendly celebration of America’s 250th birthday with live performances, toe-tapping music, creative art activities, games for all ages, an IMAX historical adventure and birthday parade.
Live Performances:
10am – 11am | Song Lab | Turn your favorite family or cultural traditions into a song with local musician Trey Charlez.
11:30am | 1,2,3 Puppetry “Our Community Garden” | Enjoy a 15-minute tabletop puppet show about a magical garden that grows into a bright world of color to feed and provide for its community.
12:30pm | Raleigh Rockers Street Show | Experience a high-energy performance filled with breakdancing and crowd participation.
Table Activities:
Design a birthday hat, ribbon stick and shakers at our birthday flair make station.
Take part in activities with Wake County Libraries, Pope House, Joel Lane Museum House and NC Museum of History.
Garden Gourmet with participating chefs.
Community Mural: Join together to create a mural with local artist Mayanthi Jayawardena.
Museum admission is not included.
