Fenton Fit4Mom's Mommy and Me Stroller Strides Workout

Come check out what FIT4MOM is all about at our Little Fentonians – Mama Monday event. The event will include a free one hour long total body stroller workout for mom followed by a fun playgroup for the kiddos. The workout will be from 10-11am and will begin and end at Fenton Square. Please bring a sturdy stroller (or baby carrier if you prefer to babywear), water and a yoga mat or towel. After class we will have a craft and bubbles for the kids to enjoy.
