End of Summer Block Party at Southgate Park

Come Celebrate National Health Center Week with us. This community event will feature music, food truck, vendor firs, sports contests and fun activities for the whole family.

We are hosting our annual Back to School giveaway, where participants will receive free school supplies and backpacks. Additionally, we will raffle off free refurbished laptops!
