Most of our therapists at Third Wave have resumed offering office-based appointments. All Third Wave mental health professionals also offer online therapy and counseling services in case that is a preferred format for you. When choosing your therapist and scheduling your initial appointment please be sure to ask about the therapist’s in-person availability.

Mental Health and Wellness Services

We’re passionate about partnering with people to make positive change happen in their lives. To do this, we offer a variety of mental health & wellness services including therapy and counseling, life & wellness coaching, and yoga. Each person presents with unique challenges and goals, so we feel it’s important to provide an array of services. 

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Our licensed therapists and counselors provide individual therapy services for a wide variety of mental health issues and concerns. Meet one-on-one in one of our offices or online.

CHILD & ADOLESCENT THERAPY

Our child and adolescent therapists and counselors meet with both the child and the family/supports to provide the best care possible.

COUPLES THERAPY

Our couples therapists are here to help both married and unmarried couples rebuild relationships and restore trust, respect, and love for each other.

GROUPS & PROGRAMS

Our therapists and counselors are all North Carolina licensed mental health professionals and include licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed clinical mental health counselors (LCMHC), and licensed marriage & family therapists (LMFT). All clinicians are experienced in treating common mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety.
