Thrive Motherhood is for ALL moms. Whether you work full time, stay at home, run your own business, or a mixture of it all, we would love for you to join us.
Our mission is to help moms discover their skills, strengths, and passions, encouraging them through community, so that they thrive in and out of the home.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit and we love to work with business sponsors.

ALLISON
FOUNDER + DIRECTOR
Allison is a fun-seeking mom of 3 littles, Lily, Paxton, and Stella. She is a Raleigh native and lives in north Raleigh with her family where she and her husband, Jim, run a furniture business together. They love to host people in their home and cook delicious food together. Allison thrives off of connecting people and making relationships. She enjoys bringing people together to share a meaningful and purposeful experience. Thrive Motherhood has been an idea in her mind for a few years before she was able to launch it. Running an organization has been a desire of hers for some time and she is so grateful to watch a dream of hers come alive.
KATELYN
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Katelyn (or Kate!) is a Wilmington native, but has lived in Raleigh almost 8 years now. She lives with her husband, Hank, and 3 kids Knox, Haven and Hudson. Kate is primarily working behind the scenes at Thrive, producing content for upcoming events and filling in the gaps of any creative need. She is a full time stay-at-home mama. In her down time you can find her working on some contracted design work, drawing or painting, shopping a sale at Anthro, rearranging/decorating her home, or rewatching Parks and Rec episodes. She craves being outdoors, riding horses, spending quality time with friends and family, purchasing another plant she doesn’t need and sipping on a warm oatmilk latte.
LINDSEY
EVENT COORDINATOR
Lindsey is a coffee-loving mom to two littles, Andie and Camden. She lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Jordan, and they swear they are never leaving. Lindsey loves putting the finishing touches on all of our events, making sure each and every mom feels loved and supported when they attend! When she’s not working on all the fun things Thrive offers, you can find her decorating (and redecorating) and designing different spaces in their home, and for pretty much anyone else who lets her. She and Jordan spend most nights rewatching episodes of The Office or binging The Walking Dead, there's really no in between.
OLIVIA
ADMINISTRATOR
Olivia is a Raleigh native, currently living in North Raleigh with her husband, Adam, 2 kids, Avery and Grant, and 10 year old maltipoo, Boston. She enjoys quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and a book, as well as playing and walking outside with her family. She has a background in teaching and adoption services, and has recently enjoyed using her organizational gifts to work behind the scenes for Thrive Motherhood!

HANNAH KIGER
Hannah works in sales for local start-up, Pendo.io. She is passionate about helping other moms grow and excel in their careers. She is a military spouse and loves connecting with other military moms. She is a wife to Korey and mom to Jack. She loves hot yoga and a good tv show binge.

LAURA RICHARDSON
Laura is a local realtor for Hunter Rowe Real Estate, and has loved helping new families move to The Triangle. She specializes in helping families move to Wake County who have questions about the school system, since she was a teacher for WCPSS for over a decade.
When Laura is not busy helping clients, she can be found at Crossfit, reading a book, or drinking a great cup of coffee from a local cafe. Currently, she resides in the Wake Forest area with her husband, Jason, and three kids Jax, Kenley, & Kayden.

RANDI GORDON
Randi is an island girl who is passionate about celebrating life's big moments. She lives out her passion daily as the owner and creative director of Sugar Euphoria, a cake and confectionery studio. When Randi is not working with her wonderful clients, you can find her making memories with her husband and three cute kids, blogging over at Randi Alese.com, offering encouragement to other boss mom, and championing inclusivity in the wedding industry.

KOREY KIGER
Korey Kiger is an attorney and partner at Walker Kiger, PLLC where he focuses his practice on estate planning, real estate, business law, and family law. Outside of private practice, Korey serves in the North Carolina Army National Guard.
A native of Winston-Salem, NC, Korey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Winston-Salem State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law. Korey and his family reside in Raleigh, NC.

LAURA BETH STATON
Laura Beth is a stay at home mom who loves a good play date for her extroverted little ones! She lives in Wake Forest with her husband, Tyler, and their two kids, Eliza (5) and Beckham (2). She enjoys coffee, a good podcast, and washing dishes!

COURTNEY MORGAN
Courtney is passionate about supporting new moms and ending the stigma around maternal mental health. She lives in east Raleigh where she and her husband, Clay, run a custom picture framing business together. They share two children, Camden (11) and Everly (5). In her spare time, Courtney enjoys camping in her family’s 5th wheel, watching true crime documentaries, shopping at Target, and listening to Taylor Swift.
