Welcome to Animal Camp, an engaging half-day educational camp located in the heart of Fuquay-Varina! Animal Camp is offered in one-week sessions. It's designed for elementary to middle school-aged children, whether on track-out, summer break, or part of a homeschooling family. Each day children learn about different groups in the animal kingdom, participate in games, make arts and crafts, and have the opportunity to safely handle real animals. Additionally, each day they spend time outside exploring the meadow and nature trails on the property, guided to new and interesting things that help them learn about the world around them. 

Hi! I'm Jocelyn, a mom of four with an enduring love for nature that has shaped my life. My academic journey led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology, a degree that combined my interests in zoology and botany. Alongside this, I earned a minor in Early Childhood Education, driven by genuine affection for children and teaching. 

Sharing my knowledge of and enthusiasm for nature with children has always been a joy. I am excited to help your children explore the wonders of the natural world while fostering their love for learning.
