Capital City Wrestling Club
Capital City Wrestling Club is the premier wrestling club for all aspiring wrestlers. Whether your child is a beginner or experienced wrestler, we have multiple class options that will best suit their development in the sport.
Wrestling is a tough sport, as a club, we are focused on making it enjoyable for our younger athletes instead of a constant grind that they may grow to resent. Technical development starts from day 1 and is what separates wrestlers from good to great. We have found that young wrestlers want to know the "why" behind the techniques, we don't overlook this. We spend time to make sure the technique is understood and mastered. Lastly, we believe in athletic development through games and drills that incorporate wrestling skills, calisthenics, and more!
Practice options include training up to 4 days per week and year round for our elite program!
Our elite program attends competitions throughout the state and the rest of the country.
